Major Announcement!
Pets are now allowed at your rental with Strombeck Properties. Simply contact our office if you'd like to include your furry friend (at $75/month) in your apartment, either with a new lease or an existing one. We'll see to it that you both stay comfy and cozy indoors!

Opening and closing hours
Our office will be slightly short-staffed until March, and as such we will have slightly reduced hours until then. Effective 1/26 our new office hours will be 10am - 4pm (closed 12pm - 1pm for lunch). We will be happy to assist you with your rental needs during this timeframe, until we have our team back! 😊 We appreciate your patience during this temporary reduction and will be monitoring the phones, emails, and Online Maintenance Form as expected.
